This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the research in this thesis explain that the Use of School Operational Assistance Funds in MTs. Private Al-Ijtihadiyah Martebing, it can be said that it has been well realized. The management of BOS funds is also appropriate based on the 2023 Technical Guidelines (JUKNIS) and the expenditure is determined by the Madrasah Self-Evaluation (EDM) and adjusted to the Madrasah Budget Financial Plan (RKAM). While the quality of learning in MTs. Private Al-Ijtihadiyah Martebing is considered to be of high quality, although the availability of learning media needed in teaching and the methods used by teachers to improve the quality of learning are still incomplete, by providing rewards for students who excel and are exemplary, as well as punishment for students who violate their duties and responsibilities as students.
Effective use of MTs operational assistance funds. Private Al-Ijtihadiyah Martebing has been effective in improving the quality of student learning. It can be seen from the appropriate and timely use of BOS funds and realized with full honesty and transparency. The plans that have been made by BOS managers in MTs. Private Al-Ijtihadiyah Martebing is effective because the RKAM and details on the use of the school expenditure revenue budget include all the costs of managing BOS funds. The effectiveness of the BOS Fund lies not only in how the madrasah BOS team can manage finances to finance the use of BOS Funds, but the meaning of the BOS Fund is also related to how schools can improve the quality of learning for students in MTs. Private Al-Ijtihadiyah Martebing by completing all the needs of students and teachers in the ongoing teaching and learning process
